Refund Policy
Effective Date: 27 August 2026
This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which DABRE Technologies ("DABRE", "we", "us" or "our") may provide refunds for payments made for DABRE subscription services.
By purchasing a DABRE subscription, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Refund Policy.
This Refund Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
DABRE currently charges users for optional subscription services that provide access to certain premium features of the DABRE Platform.
Except for applicable subscription charges, DABRE does not charge tenants or property seekers a fee for rent, deposits or other rental payments.
DABRE does not collect rent payments on behalf of landlords, property owners or agents.
DABRE also does not operate as a rent collection service.
A DABRE subscription provides access to the premium features described for the particular subscription plan purchased by the user.
A subscription is a payment for access to DABRE's specified digital features. It is not a payment for a particular property, room, apartment, hostel or landlord.
Property listings on DABRE are uploaded by landlords, property owners or authorized property providers.
Property availability can change at any time.
A landlord or property provider may fail to immediately update a listing after a room or property has been rented, reserved or otherwise become unavailable.
Consequently, a property that appears as available on DABRE may subsequently be unavailable when a user contacts the landlord or visits the property.
DABRE provides a property discovery service and does not guarantee that every property displayed on the Platform will remain available.
DABRE subscription fees are separate from any rent, deposit, agency fee, viewing fee or other amount that may be requested by a landlord, property owner or agent.
DABRE does not receive or hold rent payments through the DABRE application.
DABRE does not act as an intermediary for rental payments between tenants and landlords.
Any rental agreement, rent payment, deposit, viewing arrangement or other financial transaction between a tenant and a landlord or property provider is separate from the DABRE subscription.
Users may communicate directly with landlords, property owners or agents after discovering a property through DABRE.
Any payment voluntarily made by a user directly to a landlord, property owner or agent is not a payment to DABRE.
DABRE is not responsible for such payments or for disputes arising from them.
This may include payments described as:
DABRE does not authorize agents using the Platform to collect additional DABRE-related charges from tenants or property seekers.
Except for the subscription fees officially charged by DABRE through its designated payment process, DABRE does not require tenants to pay DABRE any additional viewing, inspection, contact or navigation fee.
If an agent independently requests or receives a viewing fee, inspection fee or another payment directly from a user, that payment is not a payment to DABRE.
Users should not assume that a person requesting money is authorized by DABRE merely because that person has a property listing or represents themselves as an agent on the Platform.
Where appropriate, users should report suspected unauthorized charges or fraudulent activity to DABRE.
Because DABRE subscriptions provide access to digital features, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the purchased premium service has been activated or made available to the user, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where DABRE determines that a refund is appropriate under this Policy.
In particular, a refund will generally not be provided solely because:
DABRE may consider a refund where appropriate, including circumstances such as:
Refund decisions will be made based on the circumstances of the individual transaction and applicable law.
If you believe that a DABRE subscription payment was made without your authorization, contact DABRE as soon as possible.
We may request information necessary to investigate the transaction.
Where appropriate, DABRE may also require the user to contact the relevant payment provider or financial institution.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law or the rules of your payment provider.
Refund requests should be submitted to DABRE as soon as reasonably possible after the transaction or issue giving rise to the request.
A refund request should include:
Requests should be sent to:
DABRE may review relevant account, subscription and payment records when assessing a refund request.
Where necessary, DABRE may contact the payment provider to verify the transaction.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.
DABRE will communicate the outcome of the request to the user where reasonably possible.
Where DABRE approves a refund, the refund will generally be returned through the original payment method or another appropriate method determined by DABRE or the payment provider.
The time required for the refund to appear in the user's account may depend on the payment provider, bank or financial institution.
DABRE does not guarantee a specific processing time where the refund is outside DABRE's direct control.
DABRE does not process rental payments through the DABRE application.
Accordingly, DABRE does not provide refunds for:
Disputes concerning such transactions should be addressed directly with the person or business that received the payment and, where appropriate, the relevant financial institution or competent authority.
DABRE is a property discovery platform. DABRE does not act as the landlord, tenant, property owner or rental agent in a transaction between users unless expressly stated otherwise.
DABRE does not guarantee:
Users are responsible for conducting appropriate checks and making their own decisions before entering into a rental arrangement or making any payment to another person.
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or remove any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Where applicable law requires DABRE to provide a refund, remedy or other consumer protection, that legal requirement will apply regardless of any provision in this Policy.
DABRE may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the DABRE Platform, subscription services, payment providers, business practices or applicable law.
The updated version will be published on the DABRE website and will display a revised effective date.
